Collect points with our Grand Reward Card
You can start to collect points when you stay at our hotels or use our conference/banqueting facilities, purchase food, beverages or buy health and beauty treatments. Also, if you book your next stay with us before checking out, you will receive a double-points incentive.
More information about our Grand Reward Scheme:
- Our hotels where you can use your Grand Rewards can accept & issue reward vouchers, all other hotels will decline any payments being made with these vouchers.
- You must take the vouchers and card with you to pay the final balance on
arrival, if you lose any vouchers the hotel will ask for an alternative payment. - Vouchers can ONLY be used to pay for accommodation booked through Britannia directly (Any 3rd party bookings will not accept these vouchers).
- All vouchers are in denominations of £25.00, the maximum voucher amount is £100.00.
- You can pay up to 80% of the booking value with Reward vouchers.
- You will receive 1 point for every £1 spent on accommodation.
- If you make a BBYL booking whilst onsite you can earn 2 points for every £1 spent on accommodation. The points are awarded on
check in for this and not at the time the booking is made. - You must earn 250 points to receive a £25.00 voucher, for every £250 spent a voucher will be earned (£500 = £50 voucher, £750 = £75 voucher etc).
- Points for accommodation are ONLY awarded on bookings made directly through Britannia, either by Call Centre, Website or direct at
hotel . Any bookings made via a 3rd party website or agent are exempt fromrecieving accommodation points.
