There are lots of hidden gems near our Stockport Hotel. Once home to a thriving hatting industry and exporting more than 6 million hats a year, the town currently boasts a hat museum. Stockport is also surrounded by country side, meaning there is lots to explore for those who enjoy exploring the great outdoors, or just taking in the scenery.

Stockport is also the home of two great local shopping centres, the main town centre one and the famous indoor and outdoor market. There are also lots of traditional pubs to stop off at for a spot of lunch. The new Peel Centre is a few minutes away, with onsite parking and various shops to meet all needs.

With parks, museums and various shopping opportunities, Stockport has something to offer for everyone, and with the local Manchester city centre not too far away, guests have everything they need for one night away or a long weekend stay.
