Personal Training

Here at Gosforth Park, we offer personal training. Our trainers will give you a consultation to discuss, in depth, your health and fitness goals. We work with you on a 1 - 1 basis each session and help you to stay on target and keep you motivated.

Classes

From cardio classes to getting your heart pumping or even a slow paced session to help you relax, we offer a wide range of exercise classes at our leisure club. With over 20 classes available, you are sure to find one that suits your needs. All abilities and fitness levels welcome.

Pool Facilities

Enjoy a swim in our heated swimming pool and then relax in the hot tub, sauna and steam room. Take a refreshing dip in our plunge pool to feel energised and alert, and then sit back and unwind on our loungers and chairs.

Memberships

Out leisure club offers great value memberships starting from £40 per month. We have various membership options available to suit everyone, with no joining fees or contracts. Make sure to check out our deal of the month, to get a great introductory rate when you join.

Members also receive 25% off food and beverages in the bar and restaurant. Hooker and Young Hair Salon also offer 20% off Monday to Thursday.

To get you started on your fitness journey, all new members will receive an introduction where an instructor will teach you the correct set up of our fitness equipment and design your own personalised gym program to help you achieve your fitness goals.
