Although the Ashley Hotel is not accessible for some disabled guests due to its design, our other hotels nearby in the Manchester area do have disabled facilities.

Reception is not accessible. There are a few steps leading down to reception and stairs leading up to the lift. There are stairs and a lift to all rooms.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms
No accessible rooms.

Restaurants and Bars
Not fully accessible because of the steps.

Fire and Evacuation procedures
Staff will collect disabled guests from their rooms.
